Map keeps asking me to sign in after I signed in
Fix in progress- Who is affected
- People who start in Guest mode, open the Map tab, and then sign in with Google from the "Sign in to unlock" screen.
- Affected version
- Labelled 3.1.6 on iOS and Android.
- What you see
- You sign in successfully, but the Map tab still shows the "Sign in to unlock" screen instead of the map.
- Workaround
- Fully close the app and open it again. The map will load as normal because you are now signed in. Signing in from the first screen, before opening the Map tab, also avoids the problem.
- Status
- We found the cause: the Map tab only checked your sign-in status once, when it first opened. A fix is ready and will come in an upcoming app update.
